Preble Shawnee Local Schools Position Available - Director of Special Education
2022 Preble County Student Art Exhibit Winners
PSMS art students in grades 6 and 8 had the opportunity to submit artwork to the 2022 Preble County Student Art Exhibit in April. 35 pieces of arrow artwork  were submitted to the exhibit and 11 of those pieces were recognized with awards! The awards and student artists were as follows:

Sallie Montgomery- 1st place for Mixed Media and 1st place for color drawing
Zoey Rose- 2nd place for painting 
Cassi Lykins- 2nd place for Mixed Media
Angel Harris- 2nd place for prints
Nora Feck- 3rd place for painting
Connor Young- 3rd place for prints
Cooper Shrout- Honorable Mention for color drawing
Kiyah Frazier- Honorable Mention for color drawing
Maddy Cornett- Honorable Mention for color drawing
Rylee Taylor- Honorable Mention for mixed media


Congratulations to Sara Monath and our Choir students for their participation in the Trills and Thrills Music Festival. The students earned a Superior Rating!!
Sports Physicals for 2022-2023 School Year information

Kettering Health Sports Medicine will be holding two nights of sports physicals for student athletes of Eaton, National Trail, Preble Shawnee, and Twin Valley South. Sports Physicals will be held on Thursday May 5th and Wednesday May 25th from 6-8pm. Student athletes registering for sports physicals must be going into grades 7-12 next year.

COST: $20

Option 1: use coupon code "PAY THERE" when you register and money will be due (cash or check) at the time of your physical. Checks payable to Kettering Health Sports Medicine.

Option 2: Pay online when you register. BE AWARE: no refunds will be available if you pay online, however we can offer you a different night and/or location.

Please update and complete your athlete's Final Forms profiles prior to physicals. Athletes print your “OHSAA PPE for Physicians” from Final Forms and bring it with you to your physical with signatures completed. If you have any questions, please contact your Athletic Trainer and/or Athletic Office.

Registration will be held at the Physical Therapy front desk in the main lobby. So be sure to enter through the physician office doors shown below.

At this time, masks are required in our Kettering Health facilities so we ask that you and your student athlete mask while in the medical center.


Please bring your completed OHSAA PPE Physical (For Physicians), printed from Final Forms via the blue icon with all signatures completed.

Payment in form of cash or check ($20 per athlete). Due at the time of physical, unless you paid online. Checks made out to Kettering Health Sports Medicine

Per OHSAA guidelines, physicals completed with Kettering Health Sports Medicine will be kept on file and good for the entire 2022-2023 school year! Proceeds will go to your athlete’s Sports Medicine program supporting supplies for the Athletic Training Room.

These physicals would not be possible without the collaboration of Kettering Health Sports Medicine, Orthopedic Associates of SW Ohio, Preble County Chiropractic, Preble County Medical Center and the Primary Care Physicians within the building.

Kindergarten Registration
We are enrolling kindergarten students for the 2022-2023 school year.

With the Frontline ProgressBook Parent /Student mobile app, students and their families can track grades, view homework assignments, monitor attendance, and more. For questions about information in the Frontline ProgressBook Parent/Student mobile app, please contact your school district.

Download the Mobile App

Go to the Apple App Store or Android Apps on Google Play and search for “ProgressBook Parent/Student” to find the Frontline ProgressBook Parent/Student mobile app and download the app.


If You Already Have an Account

Whether you are a parent/guardian or student, you can use your current ProgressBook username and password to log in to the Frontline ProgressBook Parent/Student mobile app.

1.            Open the mobile app.

2.            Tap Login.

3.            When redirected to the website, begin typing your district name.

a.             In the results list that displays, select your district.

b.            Tap Go.

c.            Enter your Username and Password.

d.            Tap Sign In.


Note: Your selected district is saved for future log ins. If you are a parent/guardian with students attending different districts, you can switch districts as needed.

If You Have a Registration Key to set up a new account

1.     Open the mobile app.

2.     Tap Login.

3.     When redirected to the website, begin typing your district name.

a.      In the results list that displays, select your district.

b.     Tap Go.

4.     Scroll down to the New to ProgressBook? section.

5.     Tap Create Account.

6.     On the next screen, tap New Parent Account or New Student Account.

7.     Follow the prompts on the screen to complete registration.
