Future snow days?
Due to the remote learning experience we have now compared to years past, future snow days will be Remote Learning Days. Student work will be assigned in Google Classroom. Students who do not have access to a device can request a paper copy of the assignment upon their return to school. Assignments will be due two weeks from the Remote Learning Day. For those who need internet access, we now have Wi-Fi in the student parking lot behind the Jr/Sr High School. There is also limited access to the Camden Primary staff lot near the main entrance.

New Temporary Substitute Teacher Requirements Allow for Flexibility
On behalf of all Preble County school districts, the Preble County ESC is seeking qualified Temporary Substitute Teachers for the remainder of the 2020-2021 school year.  Under new regulations just passed by the Ohio legislature, a Bachelor's degree is no longer a requirement for the remainder of this school year ONLY. Qualified applicants MUST have a minimum of a high school diploma and be at least 21 years of age, unless they are enrolled in an accredited university education preparation program. In addition, applicants must be of good moral standing and pass both a federal (FBI) and state (BCI) background check at the applicant's expense.

Career Connections
As we all look to your student’s future, please take some time to explore a few of the videos shared by our Preble County Career Connections Director, Harold Niehaus.  He is taking the opportunity to work with students K-12 in our county and to have them become aware, explore, and plan for their career and future.
Our school would like to recommend that you and your middle school and/or high school student take 30-60 minutes to watch these informative videos through the links shared below.  Also, you can choose other links through the final link shared below that will inform you about Preble County and Regional employers who can offer promising futures for your students and even your families.
