Announcements March 17

SENIORS!! ?? the time is here!  Cap and Gowns will be delivered on Monday at 10:00a in the cafeteria hallway Including CTC student orders.  Seniors will be released by announcement. Orders that are not picked up on Monday will be in Velma’s office waiting for you to get yours.  CTC Students ~ your orders will be delivered on Monday as well and will be in Velma’s office for you to pick up when you return to the high school in the afternoon.

 

Students, please check your email daily. Class scheduling for next year will begin on Monday ~ instructions on how to do this has be emailed to you. Scheduling will be done online during Arrow Time and students have until March 31st to submit their classes. This gives students time to talk to instructors about advanced classes or classes that need an instructor's permission. 

 

~ RED’S TICKETS ~

ATTENTION STUDENTS 9-12.....If you were on the honor roll for 2nd quarter, come to the guidance office to claim our information letter to send in for FREE Reds tickets!  Don’t Delay it is a First come First serve basis.  

 

Attention Junior and Senor class members:  The 2023 Masquerade Ball ~ Jr/Sr Prom is April 15th at the Marriott Hotel, Hamilton from 7:00-10:00pm.  Tickets will go on sale March 27th and cost is $30 per person with dinner provided.  Any invited non-Preble Shawnee guest planning to attend must have a guest form completed And approved turned in to Kathy no later than April 10.  *No Late guest forms will be accepted*.  Guest forms will be available in the unit office on March 21st.   Dress attire is expected ~ No Jeans or Tee Shirts.

 

~ SENIOR SCHOLARSHIP DEADLINES ~

ATTENTION SENIORS! The Preble County Scholarship packet is due in the guidance office no later than 2:15 TODAY. This is a great opportunity to receive scholarship money for college! The Henny Penny scholarship has to be turned into Henny Penny No Later than TODAY as well.   If you need extra copies of the recommendation form, or if you have any questions please see Ruth in Guidance.  

 

Any senior that plans to participate in the graduation ceremony on May 19th and have not ordered a cap and gown should stop and see Velma ASAP.  Also, if you do not plan to participate in the ceremony, please see Velma.  You will be able to pick your diploma up anytime the week following graduation. 

 

The sophomore class officers and reps are doing a Pie Peddler Sale fundraiser through TODAY.  Pie orders are Due in Velma’s office by 2:15 TODAY.  The pies will be delivered on March 31 ~ Just in time for Easter! All proceeds will go toward their Jr/Sr Prom ?? 

 

The next FCCLA meeting is Tuesday, March 21st in Room 129 from 2:15-3:30. See Mrs. Turpin if you have any questions.
